Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Golden, CO
Duration: 06 Months
Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and manage regular and confidential office, personnel, and special files, accounts, and records.
- Handle high-level correspondence via email, telephone, and mail.
- Compile and analyze complex information.
- Generate charts, tables, and presentation materials.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of crucial records, statistics, and reports.
- Coordinate events and procure supplies/food as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting the Human Resources Department.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- Capability to analyze complex information requests and determine trends.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and general secretarial skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify problems and implement solutions without supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
